Recent polling ahead of Berlin's September 20 state election shows the CDU maintaining a consistent lead over the Greens, with the CDU projected at 19–21% and the Greens at 15–18% across multiple surveys from Infratest dimap, INSA, and others. The CDU's position reflects its role as the largest party in the outgoing CDU–SPD coalition and the selection of Stefan Evers as lead candidate following Kai Wegner's withdrawal. The Greens, running with Werner Graf, have seen modest declines in recent weeks amid a fragmented field where the Left and AfD also poll near or above 18%. With the vote just days away, traders' consensus aligns with these patterns indicating the CDU is likely to secure more votes than the Greens.
