Michael Pittman Jr. enters the 2026 season as the Steelers’ No. 2 wide receiver after a March trade from the Colts and a new three-year, $59 million extension. He posted a career-high seven receiving touchdowns in 2025 (80 catches, 784 yards) but now operates behind DK Metcalf in Mike McCarthy’s West Coast scheme with 42-year-old Aaron Rodgers at quarterback. Pittman’s short-to-intermediate route-running and 6-foot-4 frame support red-zone volume, yet his target share figures to drop from prior Colts leadership. A minor hamstring strain limited training camp but resolved ahead of Week 1. Fantasy projections cluster around five to six touchdowns, reflecting a reliable possession role in a pass-oriented but not high-volume offense.
