Marvin Harrison Jr. enters the 2026 season fully healthy after an injury-limited 2025 campaign that featured multiple foot and heel issues plus a concussion, restricting him to 12 games and four receiving touchdowns. New Cardinals coach and play-caller Mike LaFleur has designated the third-year wideout as the X-receiver in a Davante Adams-style role with emphasis on red-zone targets and motion usage, potentially boosting scoring chances despite competition from tight end Trey McBride, who posted 11 touchdowns last season, and fellow wideout Michael Wilson. Veteran Jacoby Brissett starts at quarterback, providing a stable but unspectacular connection, while Harrison’s preseason touchdown and early camp snaps as the top option signal a secure role on a run-balanced offense.
