Latest forecast models project a daytime high of 70-72°F for New York City on September 15 under mostly clear skies and light easterly flow following frontal passage. This setup, driven by high pressure building in from the north, suppresses warming and aligns with the market-implied 57% probability on 72-73°F, alongside 16-18% odds on adjacent 70-71°F and 74-75°F bins. Ensemble guidance shows limited model spread, with no significant heat advection or cloud cover to push readings higher. The outcome sits below the September 15 climatological average high near 77°F, reflecting the current cool post-frontal regime that has stabilized trader consensus ahead of final NWS updates.
