This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2026 WNBA regular season with the highest assists per game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest assists per game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official WNBA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to WNBA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. If the 2026 WNBA regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 8, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if an official leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be the WNBA (https://stats.wnba.com/players/traditional/).Caitlin Clark and Alyssa Thomas dominate the 2026 WNBA assists-per-game race, with both posting averages near 8.4 across dozens of games—well clear of Jordin Canada at 7.4 and the rest of the field. Thomas has accumulated the most total assists while maintaining efficiency and low turnovers for the Mercury, giving her a narrow per-game edge in some official tallies. Clark trails slightly in volume but matches the pace for the Fever through high-usage playmaking and recent international performances that underscore her distribution skills. The market's split between these two reflects their near-tie and the limited remaining schedule, while long-shot options would require substantial late surges or injuries to contend.
