**New People (NL) leads the market at 87% implied probability for finishing fourth in Russia's September 2026 State Duma election.** Partial official counts after the September 18–20 vote place United Russia first with roughly 57–58%, the Communist Party (KPRF) second near 13.8%, the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR) third around 8.7%, and New People fourth at approximately 7.9%, ahead of A Just Russia – For Truth near 5.1%. Other listed parties trail well below the 5% threshold. Exit polls from VTsIOM aligned closely with these early results, showing the same top-five order. New People's positioning stems from its appeal to younger urban and business-oriented voters as a managed systemic option within the limited field of Kremlin-aligned parties, after genuine opposition such as Yabloko was excluded. With counting ongoing and United Russia on track for a constitutional majority, the ranking appears stable absent major late adjustments in single-mandate districts. Traders price this outcome as the consensus view based on verifiable vote shares.
