In the event of an interruption in the course of the normal trading session on Anthropic’s first day of trading (e.g., a circuit breaker or half-day), the market will resolve according to the official closing price of the abbreviated session. If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that as the first day of trading for purposes of this market.**Strong revenue growth and IPO preparations position Anthropic for a debut well above $1.8 trillion.** The company’s May 2026 Series H round valued it at $965 billion post-money with a $47 billion annualized revenue run rate that climbed to $65 billion by July, supported by Claude model adoption and major compute deals with Amazon, Google, and others. Confidential S-1 filing in June, followed by reports of an October 2026 Nasdaq listing window, roadshow in mid-October, and potential $2 trillion target valuation with up to $100 billion raised—including possible Nvidia anchor investment—have driven trader consensus toward the highest bracket. Recent September model releases (Fable 5.1 and Mythos 5.1) and CEO Dario Amodei’s call for paced frontier development underscore ongoing capability momentum and risk management, reinforcing expectations of premium public-market pricing before the December 2027 deadline.
