Morocco's September 23 legislative elections for the 395-seat House of Representatives feature a fragmented field where the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) holds a narrow edge in trader consensus. The incumbent RNI-PAM-Istiqlal coalition from 2021 faces competition from established parties including the Popular Movement, Progress and Socialism Party, and Justice and Development Party. PAM has advanced candidate lists and costed policy pledges focused on employment and growth ahead of the campaign launch on September 10, while RNI emphasizes its governing record amid a leadership transition. Local party structures, candidate mobilization, and turnout patterns in urban and rural districts remain central to seat outcomes in this multi-party system, sustaining tight implied probabilities across major contenders.
