Molly Gray holds an 83% implied probability in the Vermont lieutenant governor market because she secured the Democratic nomination with roughly 61% in the August 11 primary and enters the November 3 general election with prior experience in the office from 2021–2023 plus an established polling edge over Republican incumbent John S. Rodgers. Rodgers, who won his primary unopposed after switching parties, faces headwinds in a state that has favored Democrats in recent statewide contests, though his rural background and focus on costs and property rights keep him competitive at 16.5%. Earlier University of New Hampshire surveys showed Gray ahead in hypothetical matchups, and no major campaign-altering events have emerged since the primaries to shift the trader consensus reflected in current pricing.
