Tyler Warren enters his second NFL season as the Indianapolis Colts' primary target earner following Michael Pittman Jr.'s trade to the Steelers, building on his 2025 rookie totals of 76 receptions, 817 yards, and four receiving touchdowns on 112 targets. The 6'6", 256-pound tight end cleared a minor preseason groin issue and opened 2026 with three catches for 13 yards and one touchdown in Week 1 against the Ravens, demonstrating continued red-zone involvement alongside quarterback Daniel Jones, who returns from his prior Achilles injury. Warren's route-running versatility and first-read usage in Shane Steichen's offense position him for elevated volume across 17 games, though the Colts' early schedule includes challenging road tests and the offense's late-2025 struggles highlight the impact of QB health and supporting cast execution on scoring opportunities.
