The Danish Superliga's 2026-27 runner-up market remains tightly bunched because Copenhagen has asserted clear title favoritism through an 8-0-1 start and dominant goal differential, leaving second place open among a cluster of well-matched sides. Midtjylland's unbeaten run and strong home form position it as the leading contender, yet Viborg, Nordsjælland, and Brøndby sit within striking distance after nine rounds, each showing positive recent results and solid defensive records. The league's split into championship and relegation rounds after the regular season further compresses probabilities, as any of several teams can surge with favorable scheduling, key player availability, or momentum shifts in the second half. Early-season variance in results across the field sustains the narrow implied probabilities reflected in current pricing.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Denmark Superliga for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Denmark Superliga (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source will be official information from the Denmark Superliga; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
