Santiago Wanderers and Cobreloa hold the clearest edges for runner-up in the ongoing 2026 Primera B campaign, reflecting their positions atop the table with 44 and 41 points from 24 and 23 matches. Wanderers’ recent 3-0 loss to Deportes Temuco on September 8 handed Cobreloa a chance to narrow the gap, while both sides maintain strong goal differences and home records that support their implied probabilities near 47.5% and 45.5%. A cluster of clubs including San Luis, Antofagasta, Recoleta, and Magallanes sit within six points, creating a fluid mid-table battle where form streaks, remaining fixtures, and potential playoff qualification paths keep the race for second place tightly contested.
