**Patrick Mahomes leads Polymarket pricing at 71% implied probability for the most passing yards in 2026 Week 2, reflecting trader consensus on his high-volume role in the Chiefs’ offense against the Colts on Sunday Night Football.** Recent injury developments, including Caleb Williams’ hamstring exit, Jayden Daniels’ elbow dislocation, Kyler Murray’s concussion absence, and Michael Penix Jr.’s ongoing status, have narrowed the field and concentrated probability on established starters with favorable scripts. Dak Prescott, Baker Mayfield, and Bryce Young sit at 49.5–48% amid strong projected volume in their respective matchups, while most other listed quarterbacks cluster near 25% or below as longer shots dependent on game script and defensive vulnerabilities. Official injury reports and Week 1 efficiency trends continue to shape this distribution ahead of Sunday’s slate.
