Incumbent Republican Anna Paulina Luna holds a strong position in Florida's 13th Congressional District due to mid-decade redistricting that shifted the lines northward and increased the Republican tilt, building on a Trump-favorable 2024 baseline. Luna, an Air Force veteran seeking a third term, benefits from incumbency and established fundraising. Democratic challenger Leela Gray, a retired Army brigadier general who won her August 18 primary decisively, has highlighted cost-of-living pressures, insurance costs, and veteran issues while drawing DCCC Red to Blue support. A late-August House Majority PAC poll showed Gray ahead, though broader forecasts project Luna winning by several points. Recent Luna campaign ads have targeted Gray's financial disclosures. The November 3 general election timeline keeps the race in focus for traders assessing these structural and candidate factors.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
