Ella Langley's "Choosin' Texas" commands 76.5% implied probability in the CMA Song of the Year market due to its record-shattering commercial dominance, including 28 weeks at No. 1 on Hot Country Songs and a rare Hot 100 crossover triple crown that no other 2026 release matched. The track's narrative resonance, Miranda Lambert co-write credit, and Langley's nine total CMA nods—including dual Song of the Year entries—have solidified trader consensus around its momentum ahead of the November 18 ceremony. Other nominees such as "Be Her," Megan Moroney's "Beautiful Things," Kacey Musgraves' "Dry Spell," and Stephen Wilson Jr.'s "Gary" sit far lower because they lack comparable chart longevity or precursor buzz, though Song of the Year voters have occasionally favored under-the-radar songcraft over blockbusters in past cycles.
