Malcolm Todd’s “Earrings” leads trader sentiment at 65% implied probability for the #2 U.S. Spotify song the week of September 11, reflecting strong recent streaming momentum and consistent chart trajectory. Traders appear to favor its sustained daily plays and promotional push over newer or lower-volume releases, while several unnamed tracks and “BbY WOW” by KAROL G, Judeline, and rusowsky sit near 50% or below, indicating a wide field without a clear second-place lock. Historical patterns show midweek streaming surges and playlist adds can still shift positions before the chart finalizes, and low-probability long shots like Tame Impala’s “Loser” or Olivia Rodrigo cuts underscore the difficulty of cracking the top tier without major radio or viral support.
