Official National Weather Service forecasts for Denver on September 13 project a high near 93°F under mostly sunny skies with a slight afternoon thunderstorm chance, aligning with the market's tight clustering around 92-95°F. Afternoon solar heating under clear to partly cloudy conditions, combined with light southeast winds and low humidity, supports peak readings in this range, while any early convective development could limit further warming by increasing cloud cover or triggering cooling outflows. Model consensus and recent observational trends show limited spread, with traders weighting the balance between full insolation and potential storm timing as the key uncertainty. Updated NWS briefings and real-time temperature readings near peak heating hours will likely refine positioning before resolution.
