Early-season results after Week 2 have shaped trader views on 2026 NFL playoff odds, with undefeated squads like the Buffalo Bills, Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, Minnesota Vikings, San Francisco 49ers, and Seattle Seahawks seeing their implied probabilities supported by dominant offensive outputs and defensive stands. Quarterback stability remains central, as cleared protocols for players like Kyler Murray and strong starts from established starters contrast with injuries to Jayden Daniels and concerns around Caleb Williams that could alter NFC and AFC paths. Schedule strength, divisional positioning, and roster depth from offseason additions continue to influence consensus, while 0-2 teams face mounting pressure to avoid early elimination scenarios in a 14-team postseason format.
