Jan Nadrchal, the incumbent from ANO, leads trader consensus at 53.5% for Pardubice mayor, narrowly ahead of Jakub Rychtecký of the expanded Žijeme Pardubice coalition at 40%, with other listed contenders far behind. The tight positioning reflects the competitive local dynamics ahead of the October 9-10, 2026 communal elections, where Nadrchal's administration experience and ANO platform compete against Rychtecký's broader alliance of civic groups emphasizing budget management, education, and urban projects. Recent coalition formations and candidate list submissions have sustained uncertainty, as voters weigh continuity against the challenger's record in city finance and investments; further shifts in local endorsements or turnout patterns among key districts could widen the gap before election day.
