Mercedes holds a commanding position in the 2026 F1 Constructors' Championship, leading with 468 points after 13 rounds—122 ahead of Ferrari—reflecting trader consensus on their superior adaptation to the new power unit regulations. The Silver Arrows have secured multiple victories and consistent double podiums through Kimi Antonelli's pace and George Russell's reliability, including a 43-point haul at Monza where Antonelli charged from 19th. Ferrari trails despite Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc contributions, while McLaren and Red Bull lag further back. A realistic shift would require sustained reliability problems for Mercedes or a dramatic late-season surge in rival development, though the current gap makes such outcomes improbable without major disruptions.
