**Greens hold a strong lead in the market for third place in the October 24, 2026, British Columbia snap election, reflecting consistent polling that places them well ahead of smaller parties.** Recent surveys from Liaison Strategies, Angus Reid, Ipsos, and others show the NDP and Conservatives locked in a tight race for first and second (typically 41-45% NDP, 35-39% Conservatives), with the BC Green Party polling third at 10-14%. Minor parties such as CentreBC and OneBC register around 4% or lower, while others remain fragmented. Recent leadership turmoil in the Conservative Party—including the resignation of Kerry-Lynne Findlay, an interim leader, and multiple MLA defections and returns—has created volatility on the right but has not altered the established hierarchy in vote intention. The Greens maintain their position as the primary alternative to the two larger parties, supported by their historical role and steady support levels. No other grouping shows polling momentum capable of displacing them for third in the final weeks. Trader consensus on these probabilities aligns with this polling pattern and the limited time remaining for shifts before election day.
