Recent forecasts from the Pakistan Meteorological Department and global models such as GFS indicate a maximum temperature in Karachi on September 25 near 33–34°C under partly cloudy skies, westerly winds of 15–20 km/h, and high humidity around 60–80%. These conditions, following a period of elevated September readings earlier in the month, support the market's emphasis on 34°C as the leading outcome due to limited daytime heating from cloud cover and sea breezes. Model consensus shows low probability of reaching 35°C or higher, though minor variations in cloud timing or wind strength could shift the exact peak recorded at official stations. The market-implied odds reflect trader assessment of this short-range forecast uncertainty ahead of final PMD observations.
