Recent meteorological observations from official stations in Ankara confirm a daily minimum temperature of 11°C under clear, calm high-pressure conditions typical for late September. European and global forecast models converged on this value days in advance, consistent with regional climatology where nighttime lows average 10–14°C during the period. The market’s 100% implied probability reflects this strong data alignment and the limited time remaining for any shift. Unforeseen factors such as rapid advection of cooler air or measurement anomalies at the primary reporting site could still alter the final recorded low before midnight local time.
