**Clavicular (Braden Peters), the prominent “looksmaxxing” influencer and streamer, faces fresh criminal charges filed earlier this month in Massachusetts for rape, drugging someone for sexual intercourse, and providing alcohol to a minor, all tied to a May 2025 incident.** Trader consensus heavily favors “No” on conviction at 84% implied probability because the case remains in its earliest phase, with only a summons issued and arraignment scheduled for mid-October. Peters’s representatives have publicly called the charges “bogus,” and he has not been taken into custody. Criminal cases of this nature typically require extensive discovery, pretrial motions, and a high evidentiary bar of proof beyond reasonable doubt, leaving substantial room for dismissal, plea negotiations, or acquittal before any verdict. The overlapping civil suit adds further procedural complexity but does not directly predict criminal outcomes.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Clavicular is convicted of rape in this prosecution by June 30, 2028, 11:59 PM ET, whether by a verdict of the court or by a plea agreement, accepted by the court, in which he pleads guilty to or admits the offense of rape. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
A conviction on the rape charge, or on any amended or substituted charge that is itself a form of rape under the charging statute, including aggravated rape or statutory rape, will qualify. A conviction solely on other charges, including drugging a person for sex, furnishing alcohol to a minor, indecent assault and battery, or any other offence that is not a form of rape, will not qualify.
If the rape charge is dismissed, withdrawn, or ended by a pardon or other clemency before a verdict, or the case is resolved by a plea agreement in which he does not plead guilty to or admit a qualifying offence, this market will resolve to “No”. If no verdict has been rendered by June 30, 2028, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “No”.
This market will resolve according to the initial judgment rendered in this case. Sentencing and any appeals will have no bearing on the resolution of this market.
The primary resolution source will be an official judgment delivered by the ruling court; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
