The fragmented 2026 MLB season has produced a crowded runs-scored race, with no player approaching triple digits and implied probabilities spread thinly across dozens of contenders. Aaron Judge’s prolonged absence due to a broken rib has capped his total despite strong per-game output since returning, while Kyle Schwarber’s recent grand slam and consistent plate appearances keep him in the mix alongside high-run teammates like Trea Turner. Yordan Alvarez, Drake Baldwin, and Ben Rice benefit from favorable lineup spots and team run environments, but late-season schedule strength, injury management, and bullpen volatility could shift totals in the final weeks. Trader consensus reflects this uncertainty, pricing in realistic paths for multiple power and speed threats to finish atop the leaderboard.
