This market will resolve according to the team that is declared as the AFC South division champion for the 2026 NFL regular season. If multiple teams tie atop the division, this market will resolve according to the official tiebreak procedure of the NFL. If the 2026 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 17, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared for this division within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The Houston Texans hold the top position in the AFC South market due to their league-leading defense from 2025, which returns nearly intact under DeMeco Ryans and features standouts like Will Anderson Jr., paired with additions such as running back David Montgomery to support quarterback C.J. Stroud. The Jacksonville Jaguars follow closely, leveraging Trevor Lawrence’s continued development in year two under Liam Coen and a balanced roster after their 13-4 division title in 2025. The Indianapolis Colts remain in contention behind Daniel Jones’s return at quarterback and Jonathan Taylor’s rushing production, though offensive line and receiving questions persist after an 8-9 campaign. The Tennessee Titans trail significantly amid ongoing rebuilding around Cam Ward and a thin recent track record. Preseason reports highlight a narrow race among the top three teams, with early injuries and schedule strength adding uncertainty to the Texans’ edge.
