The tightly bunched probabilities across dozens of teams, with “Other” and several clubs near 50% while most sit in the low single digits, reflect a wide-open race for the 2026-27 team return-yards lead. No club enters Week 1 with a dominant specialist or proven volume edge, as preseason depth charts show distributed talent—examples include Devin Duvernay in Arizona, Ray Davis in Buffalo, and Jaylin Noel in Houston—alongside veterans like Skyy Moore in Green Bay and Parker Washington in Jacksonville. Return production hinges on special-teams opportunities, coaching usage, injury resilience, and game scripts rather than roster strength alone, keeping trader consensus dispersed and responsive to early-season developments.
