Bijan Robinson enters the 2026 season as Atlanta’s clear workhorse back following a 2025 campaign of 1,478 rushing yards and 7 rushing touchdowns on 287 carries, plus elite receiving production. New head coach Kevin Stefanski and offensive coordinator Tommy Rees have installed schemes emphasizing gap-power runs, screens, and quicker access to the second level, supported by offensive line coach Bill Callahan and a downgrade at backup with Brian Robinson Jr. replacing Tyler Allgeier. Quarterback uncertainty persists with Tua Tagovailoa starting Week 1 and Michael Penix Jr. sidelined by knee issues, while Robinson’s recent three-year extension underscores the team’s commitment to featuring him heavily. Fantasy projections cluster around 9 rushing touchdowns, reflecting his high-volume role tempered by receiving usage and offensive efficiency variables.
