The 2026 Liga de Ascenso regular phase remains highly competitive with roughly six rounds left, as Santiago Wanderers (44 points), Cobreloa (42), San Luis (41), Magallanes (40), Antofagasta and Recoleta (both 38), San Marcos de Arica and Unión Española (both 36) sit within striking distance of the top spot. Tight goal differences, strong home records for the leaders, and recent results such as Cobreloa’s narrow victories and Wanderers’ consistency have kept the title race bunched. Multiple clubs retain realistic paths to the direct promotion berth or strong liguilla positioning, producing the current trader consensus around even implied probabilities for the leading sides.
