Ulsan HD holds a narrow edge in the tightly bunched K-League 2026 runner-up market as FC Seoul pulls clear at the top with a 15-point lead. Multiple sides remain in realistic contention for second place after 28 rounds, including Ulsan, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, Jeju SK, Gangwon FC, and Daejeon Hana Citizen, all separated by just a handful of points in a compressed mid-table battle. Recent form has been mixed, with Ulsan snapping Seoul’s win streak via a late header while Jeonbuk drew and Gangwon posted a rare victory over Anyang despite key Asian Games absences. Ongoing injury concerns, rotation demands, and the split into final groups keep outcomes fluid heading into the final stretch. Trader consensus reflects this parity, pricing the group within a narrow band that underscores the lack of a clear favorite for the runner-up spot.
