**Early in the 2026 NFL regular season, after just one week of play, the completion percentage leader market remains wide open due to tiny sample sizes and volatile single-game results.** Numerous quarterbacks posted strong Week 1 numbers that have yet to stabilize, including Baker Mayfield (82.1% on 28 attempts), Trevor Lawrence (78.3%), and others like Geno Smith and Jacoby Brissett in the high 70s, while established names such as Josh Allen (69%) and Caleb Williams (72.4%) sit in the middle of the pack. Trader consensus prices the field ("Other") and a broad group of starters near even odds because historical patterns show early leaders frequently regress as defenses adjust, attempt volume increases, and schedules vary. Factors like offensive scheme, receiver separation, and opponent pass defense will shape the 17-game outcome far more than Week 1 outliers, leaving no clear favorite among the listed contenders.
