Current forecasts for Mexico City on September 21 indicate an overnight low near 12–13°C, aligning with the tight clustering of market-implied odds around those levels and 17°C or higher. Mexico City’s high-elevation subtropical highland climate typically produces radiative cooling under partly cloudy skies at the end of the rainy season, with historical September minima averaging about 12°C. Light winds, high humidity near 80–90% overnight, and scattered drizzle or cloud cover in recent model runs could limit further drops below 12°C or push the minimum slightly higher. Trader consensus reflects genuine uncertainty in the precise hourly minimum, as small shifts in cloud timing or precipitation from official monitoring sources could alter the recorded low by 1–2°C before resolution.
