Malcolm Todd’s “Earrings” leads trader sentiment for the #2 Spotify song this week, driven by its sustained viral momentum on TikTok and strong streaming trajectory since the 2024 release from Sweet Boy. The track’s delayed breakout, including recent U.S. and global daily #1 peaks plus a Billboard Hot 100 high of #19, reflects ongoing platform engagement and radio airplay that keep it competitive near the top of weekly tallies. Newer releases such as ADÉLA’s “Nicole Kidman” and “Ain’t in LA” from the Prima album, out September 4, show early chart traction but trail in implied probability. Older tracks remain negligible factors. With the weekly chart lock approaching September 25, any late surge in competing streams could shift positioning before final resolution.
