This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Platinum Glove award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Pete Crow-Armstrong holds an overwhelming edge in the NL Platinum Glove market due to his league-leading defensive metrics for the Cubs, including top rankings in Outs Above Average, Fielding Run Value, and five-star catch conversions as a center fielder. The 2025 Gold Glove winner has posted historic range and arm strength while delivering MVP-caliber offense with a .281 average, 41 home runs, and 36 steals through mid-September. His advanced stats far outpace other National League defenders, reflecting consistent elite play that aligns with the fan-voted award among Gold Glove recipients. Late injuries, a sharp statistical decline, or a surge in highlight-reel plays from contenders like Fernando Tatis Jr. or infield standouts could still shift voter sentiment before the final tally.
