California's 11th congressional district, covering San Francisco, held its top-two primary on June 2, 2026, advancing Democratic state senator Scott Wiener and supervisor Connie Chan to the November 3 general election after they captured the top two vote shares. Republican candidates received under 6 percent combined and did not advance. The district's strong Democratic lean, reflected in prior results and nonpartisan ratings classifying the race as solid or safe Democratic, has produced the current trader consensus. A Republican victory would require an unprecedented reversal in this heavily Democratic area between now and election day.
