Roma’s appointment of Gian Piero Gasperini has produced one of Serie A’s most organized defenses, with the Giallorossi conceding the fewest goals among top sides in recent campaigns and posting two clean sheets in their opening three matches of 2026-27. Trader consensus at 57% reflects this continuity, bolstered by goalkeeper Mile Svilar’s form and a back line that limited opponents effectively under the same tactical system last season. Juventus, at 28%, benefits from Luciano Spalletti’s emphasis on structure and early shutouts but trails in perceived consistency. Como’s 15.5% pricing captures their prior defensive efficiency, while Inter, Milan, and Napoli sit lower amid greater attacking emphasis and variable early results. The market prices Roma’s edge in sustained defensive discipline over a full 38-match schedule.
