Early NFL results after two weeks have sharply influenced trader consensus on 2026 playoff probabilities, with undefeated squads such as the Buffalo Bills, Seattle Seahawks, Philadelphia Eagles, and San Francisco 49ers seeing their implied odds climb on strong offensive outputs and defensive continuity. The Las Vegas Raiders’ surprising 2-0 start under new coaching has boosted their market price, while the Los Angeles Chargers’ early losses have depressed theirs amid a brutal upcoming slate. Division leaders like the Minnesota Vikings and Cincinnati Bengals maintain solid positioning, though rest advantages, quarterback health, and conference tiebreakers will shape wild-card races as the schedule intensifies. Historical patterns show that teams starting 2-0 reach the postseason roughly 70 percent of the time, a factor reflected in current pricing.
