Mercedes holds a commanding constructors' lead through consistent double-points finishes and multiple grand prix victories, fueled by strong performances from both drivers amid the 2026 power unit regulations. Their advantage stems from superior overall package reliability and pace that has kept rivals at bay across early and mid-season rounds, reflected in the market's overwhelming 95.8% implied probability. Ferrari sits a distant second despite occasional strong results, while McLaren and Red Bull trail further behind with limited ability to close the gap. Late-season engine or aero upgrades from challengers, combined with any Mercedes reliability setbacks, remain the primary realistic paths to shifting momentum before the finale.
