Mercedes leads the 2026 F1 constructors’ championship by a wide margin after 13 rounds, with 468 points to Ferrari’s 346 and McLaren’s 287, driven by strong results from Kimi Antonelli and George Russell across multiple grands prix. Their power unit performance and consistent scoring have created a substantial buffer that aligns with the current market pricing. Recent upgrades and planned engine developments later in the season further support expectations of sustained pace. Ferrari and McLaren have shown flashes of competitiveness on certain circuits, yet trail significantly in the standings. Scenarios that could narrow the gap include reliability setbacks for the Silver Arrows, stronger late-season form from rivals, or strategic errors in the remaining 10 rounds.
