DJ Moore enters the 2026 NFL season as the Buffalo Bills' clear No. 1 wide receiver following his March trade from the Bears. The 29-year-old joins an offense led by Josh Allen and new head coach Joe Brady, who previously worked with Moore in Carolina and helped him post multiple 1,000-yard campaigns. After a reduced 2025 role in Chicago that yielded career-low targets and production, Moore is expected to see a sharp increase in targets and red-zone opportunities as the primary perimeter threat. Key variables include his developing chemistry with Allen, competition from Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir for targets, overall offensive volume, and any lingering effects from a minor preseason ankle issue. Historical patterns show Moore has exceeded six receiving touchdowns in several prior seasons when operating as a featured option.
