In the opening weeks of the 2026 NCAA Football season, the Division I passing touchdowns leader market stays tightly bunched because numerous quarterbacks share similar high-volume opportunities in spread or air-raid schemes. Contenders such as CJ Bailey, Caden Veltkamp, Devon Dampier, and others clustered near 45-50 percent implied probability benefit from comparable offensive line protection, receiver depth, and early schedule matchups that have yet to produce clear statistical separation. Conference play and potential injury or usage shifts will likely determine which signal callers pull ahead as the campaign progresses.
