Mercedes leads the 2026 F1 Constructors' Championship by 145 points over Ferrari after 14 rounds, driven by consistent double-points finishes, eight race wins, and strong reliability from the Antonelli-Russell pairing amid new power-unit and active-aero regulations. Early-season dominance established an insurmountable buffer, even as McLaren and Ferrari introduced floor and aerodynamic upgrades that narrowed the on-track gap in recent Grands Prix. Trader consensus reflects this points cushion and Mercedes' continued qualifying and race pace. Late-season challenges could still emerge through extended reliability issues, a major rival development package closing performance deficits faster than expected, or repeated DNFs that erode the lead before the final rounds in Baku, Singapore, and the Americas.
