The 2026/27 UEFA Champions League league phase remains wide open for the most clean sheets after Matchday 1, with Arsenal (23.5%), Bayern Munich (18.0%), and Manchester City (11.5%) leading implied probabilities amid a cluster of contenders. Arsenal’s elite backline, anchored by Saliba and Raya, delivered a shutout at Napoli while maintaining Europe’s stingiest domestic record, yet Bayern’s early dominance and Liverpool’s depth create comparable upside. The eight-match format against a balanced 36-team field, combined with variable home/away splits and fixture congestion, prevents any side from pulling clear. Trader consensus reflects this parity, as recent form, squad rotation risks, and opponent quality keep multiple clubs within striking distance of topping the clean-sheet table.
