The 2026-27 Scottish Premiership campaign remains only six matchweeks old, leaving the race for the most clean sheets wide open as reflected in the tightly bunched trader consensus. Celtic, Rangers and St Mirren lead with three shutouts apiece through the opening fixtures, underpinned by Celtic’s league-low 0.5 goals conceded per game, while several other sides sit just one or two behind. Multiple managerial changes, significant summer transfers and ongoing injury issues across backlines and goalkeeping departments have prevented any club from establishing a sustained defensive edge. With 30 rounds still to play and historical data showing clean-sheet tallies often decided by small margins in a compact league, the wisdom of crowds assigns comparable implied probabilities to nearly every participant.
