The early stage of the Apertura 2026 in Guatemala's Liga Nacional keeps the clean sheets race tightly bunched, with no team establishing clear dominance after roughly 55 matches. Municipal and San Pedro lead with five clean sheets apiece while Antigua GFC sits on four, but several sides including Mixco, Xelajú, and Guastatoya remain within striking distance on defensive metrics. League-wide scoring averages near 2.7 goals per game and strong home defensive records for multiple clubs sustain parity. Trader consensus reflects this balance, as roster depth, goalkeeper consistency, and fixture congestion through November leave ample room for shifts in form or results among the listed contenders.
