Kyle Pitts enters the 2026 season coming off a career-best 2025 campaign with 88 receptions, 928 yards, and five touchdowns for the Falcons, earning second-team All-Pro honors. A new three-year, $54 million extension and full health have solidified his role as the primary tight end under first-year coach Kevin Stefanski, whose schemes have historically funneled significant targets to the position. Atlanta’s offense centers on Drake London and Bijan Robinson, creating competition for red-zone opportunities, while quarterback play from Tua Tagovailoa or Michael Penix Jr. remains a variable. Pitts has never exceeded five receiving touchdowns in a season, and tight ends generally post lower scoring volume than wide receivers despite strong receiving metrics. Trader consensus reflects these factors in assessing his 2026 touchdown total.
