Manchester City sit atop the 2026-27 Premier League table with a perfect five wins from five matches and 15 points, three clear of Arsenal after the Gunners' 3-0 defeat to Brighton. Early frontrunners for the top-four places that secure 2027-28 Champions League qualification include City, Arsenal, Brighton, and Brentford, with Leeds and Liverpool also level on nine points. City’s attacking output led by Haaland contrasts with Arsenal’s defensive vulnerabilities amid injuries to Saliba and others. Brighton’s strong goal difference and Brentford’s unbeaten run highlight surprise momentum, while Tottenham’s poor home form and multiple bottom-half sides face pressure ahead of the international break and a 33-match grind that rewards squad depth and consistency.

Resolution is based on the competition to which the listed team is allocated by the final 2026-27 Premier League standings, the 2026-27 domestic cup results, and the 2026-27 UEFA competition winners. A place obtained by playing and advancing through the UEFA qualifying rounds held after the domestic season does not count, and movement between competitions caused by those qualifying rounds has no bearing on resolution.
Once it becomes mathematically impossible for the listed team to earn a 2027-28 UEFA Champions League place by these routes, the associated market will immediately resolve to "No".
If the 2026-27 Premier League season is cancelled or postponed past May 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET such that the 2027-28 UEFA Champions League places cannot be determined, this market will resolve to "No".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from UEFA and/or the Premier League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
