Nene Royal’s Live Golden Buzzer from Mel B after her quarterfinal cover of Soundgarden’s “Black Hole Sun” has cemented her status as the clear frontrunner, bypassing further public votes and propelling her straight into the September 22–23 finale. Her earlier audition performance of The Cranberries’ “Zombie” became the season’s most-watched clip, driving massive streaming and social engagement that translated into strong trader consensus around her 80.5% implied probability. Other semifinalists and earlier advancers, including Hundred Fingers and Come Here, trail significantly as the competition narrows to the final live performances. With the winner announcement imminent, any last-minute shifts in judge feedback or audience reaction during the finale could still influence the outcome, though Royal’s consistent critical praise and cultural momentum continue to dominate market sentiment.
