Alexander Zverev leads 2026 US Open winner odds at roughly 50% implied probability after a favorable draw opened following Jannik Sinner’s withdrawal and Carlos Alcaraz’s quarterfinal exit. The top seed, fresh off a French Open title and Wimbledon final, has reached the quarterfinals without facing top competition, posting straight-set wins over Luciano Darderi and others while completing a rare all-major quarterfinal sweep. Ben Shelton’s dramatic five-set upset of Alcaraz—the latest-finishing match in tournament history—has lifted the American to around 37%, setting up an all-USA semifinal against Frances Tiafoe and positioning him for a potential final run on home hard courts. Tiafoe and Karen Khachanov sit further back after solid but less dominant advances, with the American duo’s momentum tempered by Zverev’s experience and bracket advantage in the later rounds.
