Garrett Wilson enters the 2026 NFL season fully recovered from the right knee injury that limited him to seven games and 36 receptions in 2025. The Jets’ acquisition of Geno Smith at quarterback and additions of first-round targets Omar Cooper Jr. and Kenyon Sadiq create a deeper passing attack, potentially spreading targets while raising overall volume if the offense improves. Wilson remains the clear alpha wideout with a history of 90-plus receptions across healthy campaigns, though sustained health through a 17-game schedule, red-zone usage, and the team’s ability to sustain drives will shape his final total. The Week 1 opener against the Titans offers an early indicator of chemistry with Smith.
